PropertyFX Grab

On a Zillow / Realtor / Redfin listing, this reads the address off the page and opens a live PropertyFX analysis of that property in a new tab (and copies the clean facts to your clipboard too). It only reads the page you're already looking at.

How to use it

  1. Open any property page on Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin.
  2. Click PropertyFX Grab in your bookmarks bar.
  3. A new tab opens with the live PropertyFX analysis of that property.

No bookmarks bar? (manual install)

  1. Right-click the bookmarks bar → Add page / Add bookmark.
  2. Name it PropertyFX Grab.
  3. For the URL/address, paste the whole line from pfx-grab.bookmarklet.txt.

On a phone / tablet

On iPhone/iPad Safari, bookmarklets work: save any page as a bookmark, then edit it and replace its address with the line from pfx-grab.bookmarklet.txt. On Android Chrome bookmarklets are unreliable — that's where the real app's Share-sheet flow will come in later.
